Essentially, this means you can walk into our repair facility, drop off your device for repair, and wait for it while it is repaired (in most cases). If you are not in Dallas and you found us online, we are a Nationwide repair facility. We have done thousands of repairs for customers all around the world. Customers mail their phones to our repair center. We repair it, and send it back to you.
There are TWO ways you can send us your phone for repair.

1) The first and most expedited method is to find the repair service you are looking for on our website. You can add the repair service to your cart and checkout as if you were buying a product. By using this method you will save time and have the option to get FREE shipping back to you (this option is not available using the Mail-In-Form, option 2).
By purchasing the repair service online, we can start repairing your phone immediately because there will be no need to confirm your information over the phone. You will receive confirmation emails for your purchase and confirmation tracking numbers once the phone is repaired and shipped back to you. We highly recommend this method to ensure the fastest possible service for your cell phone device.

2) The second method is by completing the Mail-In-Form.
Put your name, address, and important contact information, along with the make and model of your phone, and a brief description of the problem you are having on the mail-in form. You can also select the RETURN shipping method. Submit the form. At this time, you must print out the form and send it in along with your device. Then it becomes your responsibility to ship us the phone for repair.
Once we receive your phone at our repair facility, a representative will call you to confirm your payment information and the problem you are having with your phone. Once we have your credit card on file, the repair process will begin. We will ship your phone back to you (using the shipping option you selected) as soon as it has been repaired.
